Monthly
Rolling engagement
For immediate priorities and organisations that need maximum commercial flexibility.
- Assigned engineering team
- Unlimited projects of any type
- Daily written delivery updates
- Cancel in line with the agreement
Develop as many web, mobile, embedded or machine-learning projects as your organisation needs during the plan. Add projects at any time, choose the order, and the team delivers them one by one with progress reported every day.
Prefer to evaluate first? Begin with a $100 one-day working evaluation.

Assigned team, six-month term
A simpler delivery model
Instead of procuring every project separately, your organisation maintains one governed queue. You decide what matters next; the team stays accountable for delivering it well.
What “unlimited projects” means
You may add and reprioritise as many projects as your organisation needs. The team completes work sequentially, so scope, quality and accountability remain clear.
Continuous project engine
Every approved project moves through the same accountable team.

Prefer to evaluate the working model first?
Book a one-day working evaluation for $100. We review your brief, discuss feasibility and show how we would approach it. The fee is credited if you continue; no production deliverables are transferred during the evaluation.
Included engineering scope
Use the team for new delivery, existing-system changes, maintenance, security work or modernisation. The task changes; the engagement model does not.
New delivery, existing-system changes, integrations, maintenance, security work and modernisation all enter the same queue.
Product delivery, platform updates, feature work, release support and ongoing application reliability are included.
Firmware, embedded software, device integration, diagnostics, updates and connected-system engineering are included.
Machine-learning and reinforcement-learning model development, from data preparation and training to evaluation, deployment and monitoring inside your products.

Why organisations use it
The commercial model removes repeated quoting and remobilisation while your organisation keeps control of what is delivered next.
Service standards
Structured around visibility, ownership and accountable communication—not anonymous task fulfilment.
A written progress update every 24 hours, an agreed definition of done and continuous access to the source.
One named project manager coordinates priorities, decisions, reporting and the assigned engineering team.
NDA coverage, client ownership of paid deliverables and no separate quotation for every item in the queue.
Live chat, working-hours phone access and an emergency escalation route for material production incidents.
How engagement begins
The first conversation establishes fit. The first priority establishes how the working relationship will operate.
Tell us what must be built, repaired or kept reliable. We confirm whether the retained model is the right fit.
We agree requirements, acceptance criteria and a tentative timeline before engineering begins.
The team builds the agreed priority and sends a written progress update every 24 hours.
Approve the delivery, reprioritise the queue and continue without restarting procurement.
Questions buyers ask
For a question specific to your current system, send the operating context through the enquiry form.
Ask the teamThe rolling monthly plan is $2,000 per month, the three-month plan is $1,500 per month, and the six-month plan is $1,200 per month. The assigned team, project queue and service standards remain the same; the commitment term changes the rate. A one-day evaluation is available for $100.
No. You may add as many projects as your organisation needs, but the team works through approved priorities sequentially. Before each project or task starts, we agree its requirements and tentative timeline. You may reprioritise the remaining work as your business needs change.
The team reviews your brief, discusses feasibility and approach, and demonstrates how it would work on your project during a one-day evaluation window. It is not a production delivery, so no code, files, designs or deployment are transferred. If you continue into a plan, the $100 is credited to the first month.
Yes. Existing web, mobile and embedded systems may enter the queue for review, maintenance, security patching, bug fixing, upgrades or new feature delivery.
The fee includes the assigned software engineering team, project management, the prioritised delivery queue, written progress reporting, agreed support channels, source access, maintenance work and security patching. There is no hourly billing or separate per-project quotation within the plan boundary.
Machine-learning and reinforcement-learning model development is included. Large-scale AI work is quoted separately: large language model and foundation-model training or fine-tuning, computer-vision, speech and multimodal models, AI-enabled hardware, dedicated GPU training infrastructure and large-scale data labelling. Game development, robotics, mechanical and physical product engineering, hardware manufacturing, certification and on-site field installation are also handled as separate engagements.
The client owns the paid deliverables and related intellectual property. Root Digit signs an NDA before work begins, and clients retain access to repositories, documentation and relevant credentials throughout the engagement.
The rolling monthly engagement can be cancelled in line with the agreement. Fixed-term plans follow the cancellation and refund provisions agreed before onboarding, so commercial obligations are clear before work starts.
