What this policy covers
This Policy explains cookies and similar browser or device technologies used on rootdigit.com. “Cookies” below includes local storage, session storage, challenge tokens and comparable technologies unless the context requires a narrower meaning.
Our current website does not deploy advertising cookies or social-media tracking pixels. We maintain this page as an accurate inventory and will update it before materially changing those practices.

How we classify technologies
- Strictly necessary: security, network delivery, fraud prevention, form protection, consent records, session continuity and recovery functions needed to provide a requested feature.
- Functional: remembers optional choices such as language or display settings. A third-party function may have its own privacy terms.
- Analytics: helps understand aggregate performance and use. We do not currently activate cookie-based behavioural analytics through the consent choice.
- Marketing: supports advertising or cross-site measurement. We do not currently deploy this category on rootdigit.com.

Your choices
You may allow optional technologies or continue with necessary technologies only. Choosing “Necessary only” does not prevent ordinary access to public pages. Some requested functions—such as bot-protected form submission or third-party machine translation—cannot operate without their essential technology.
Use “Cookie preferences” in the website footer to revisit your choice. You can also clear site data in your browser, block third-party cookies or use browser privacy settings. Clearing the consent record causes the banner to appear again.

Global Privacy Control and browser signals
Because Root Digit does not currently sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is no separate sale/share toggle. Where a legally recognised opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control applies to a future relevant practice, we will treat the signal as an opt-out for that browser or device.
“Do Not Track” does not have a uniform legal or technical standard. Our current absence of advertising trackers applies regardless of that signal.

Regional consent and disclosure
We seek consent before using non-essential cookie technologies where applicable law requires it. Strictly necessary technologies are used to provide a requested service, protect the website or remember a privacy choice.
For India, UAE and U.S. visitors, information generated by these technologies is handled under the Privacy Policy. Statutory rights and regulator remedies remain available where their legal scope applies.

Updates and contact
We review this inventory when website providers or tracking practices change. A material addition—particularly analytics or advertising technology—will be reflected here and, where required, in the consent interface before activation.

Use Root Digit’s structured enquiry form and select “Privacy, legal or rights request”. Do not include passwords, access keys, or confidential credentials.
